History of the White Rock Motel

Beatrice and George Asselin established the White Rock Motel in 1949 as a group of cabins.  In 1962, the cabins were joined together and remodeled to form the current structure.  In 1970, their daughter Marie and her husband Dennis Robidoux acquired the business and have operated it through the present.  Pride is taken in clean and comfortable rooms, family hospitality, and beautifully manicured grounds.

The motel is located about 12 miles from Providence – close enough for business and far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the surrounding wooded area.  Restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets are close by.
